The Kid is growing up. I can't believe that he is already in the third grade. We are all very excited about this school year. He is particularly excited about the class's economics project. Each child is assigned a real, "paying" job. After paying rent for the desk space, they are allowed to go shopping in the class store. With his first paycheck, the Kid bought some pirate gear and greeted me with "Arrgh, mate."

Oh my gosh, great page! Love the colors and the layout. Nice job. Congrats and good luck with the 3rd grade thing..what a great idea for the economics project! How fun is that!
